Psychology sessions can help people who are struggling with low self-esteem, or people who feel stuck and that negative thinking is holding them back, or perhaps are wanting to be more proactive or fulfilled in life. At APS, I draw on a range of different psychological models to inform my practice. Once we have a shared understanding, we consider this, alongside the client’s goals, to decide on an intervention.
